The best way to start the day is with a full stomach!
From 7.30 – 10.00 a.m. a rich breakfast buffet with regional products, sweet and savoury delicacies as well as a juice bar with fresh vitamin-rich juices awaits you. Breakfast to suit everyone’s taste for a day fully active day in the Pustertal valley.
If the mood takes you, you can also enjoy your breakfast on our sun terrace or in your room in summer.

Sweeten up your afternoon with our homemade cakes and enjoy the tranquillity of Taisten with a cup of coffee on our sun terrace. A tempting cake buffet awaits you every day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as our soup of the day and seasonal fruit.

Cooking with passion! That it our credo.
Our chefs prepare international dishes as well as traditional delights with a South Tyrolean, down-to-earth character and spoil you with a delicious 5-course menu from 7.00 p.m., starting with a salad and vegetable buffet, in summer from our own cultivation. In addition, the à la carte menu offers you a large selection of dishes, as well as a fish and a vegetarian dish. Once a week we will delight you with a 7-course tasting menu! Our service team will be happy to recommend the fitting wine for you.
We can also prepare lactose- or gluten-free dishes for you on request.
